Food that I want to eat – Fried chicken and cheap beer

Korean fried chicken or what I called KFC is one of my favorite in Sydney. The crunchiness of the skin makes toe curling. The best chicken I had so far in the place called Naruone, Pitt St Sydney. Just like any other Korean Restaurant in city, this place can be very expensive but super good. Naruone gave choices of bone or boneless, with sauce or no sauce. As well you can do half and half. 

What I want to try with the fried chicken and beer is the delivery. I don’t think I can call them and asked to be delivered may be just eat there or take away.  

From what I read there are few franchise that made really good KFC:
1. Naruone
Its locate on Pitt St. its best for Samgaetang and the KFC.
2. Arisun
they have 2 restaurant one is in chinatown and the other one in Strathfield 
3. RedSauce
Located on the pub where tennis court are in strathfield.

GapDong News

I just watch episode 11 Poppy is not the Gapdong.
Just like Ryu Tae-Oh, he was smart, basically went to ivy league and was a elite employee, untill Mr. Yang accused him to be GapDong.

I was touched by his line about Mr. Yang ruin everybody lives. He must be a very broken person. Mr. Yang must be very desperate person.

But then on this episode, for some reason, all the suspicious goes to Profiler Han. It start from Maria's memories when she was a survivor victims, its only part of GapDong's face and it looks like her step dad. Then, the line that he said about "Everybody can become GapDong like you". Did he tried to point Mr Yang to be GapDong?
Profiler Han was the one telling Poppy about GapDong and he seems emerse to be 1, but that because he wants to catch him.

Seems like this series shows that GapDong spread a spiderweb. At the moment, Ryu Tae-Oh and Poppy is on tangled. Will Maria on tangled too??

GapDong News

As you know I love watching GapDong at the moment.

I am watchin up to Episode 10. As I suspected that Poopy (the curly guy) was the suspected GapDong.
and The End...

No actually now I am not quiet certain that Poppy is the Gapdong.
1. He called Tae-Oh to let him know that he is released, but then he was confused what to do....

2. in this episode, I saw Gap Dong teeth, they look abit different from Maria's think.
3. Gap Dong Signature is the knot, and he strangle the victim.. (as far as I know) on the last scene, Poppy had hammer in his hand.Thats definetely not Gapdong Signature even the knot is.
4. Ryu Tae-Oh met Poppy, even he doesn's think that Poppy GapDong anymore.

This is clue that I gathered so far:
1. Love fishing
2. Soft hand

Who is GabDong?

There is a TV Series called Gabdongi starred by lee joon (MBLAQ) that I am crazy about. The Kdrama is about mystery based on the real life case happened in one of place in Korea, Hwangseong. There are 9 girls was raped and murdered 20 years ago. In this series, the city called Illtan. Police was looking for the murderer and one of the detectives believed Ha Il-Sik (intellectually Challenge man) was the murderer. To prove his innocent, he committed suicide. Since his death, his son (Mo-Yeom) inspire to be a cop to clear his father’s name (for some reason it reminds me about movie called Miracle in cell No. 7, but I will leave it for some other times).

Moo-Yeom was grown up but he kept chasing GapDong (Suspect), since it has been seventeen years ago after the last killing, he reckon the murderer was gone and was thinking to give up. Moo-Yeom is helping a lot of troubled young people and working closely with juvenile services.

The police detective one day has come back become the chief police station, and suddenly the killing starting again, one by one imitating the killing that has been happening 20 years ago.

To make it easier this is the list of people involved in this case:

1. Ha Moo-Yeom: the main character, he is trying his best to catch Gapdong to clear his father’s name, he has file about him, his character, his signature photos of all crime scene from all previous killing.  
2. Yang Cheol-Gon: This is the detectives who did the investigation of all the 9 killer, and convince that Ha Moo-Yeom’s Father is the killer.
3. Maria Oh: She is psychiatrist, that working in the Juvenile service. She has a double life and just like Moo-Yeom She is what I can say obsessed with GabDong.
4. Ryu Tae-Oh: He is a young man served his time from prison psychiatric hospital. Once he release he becomes barista. He is very Genius with IQ of 150. He considered GapDong as Hero and God.
5. Ma Ji-Wool: High School student that changed because of Moo-Yeom. She is a Webtoon artist with Pen name “Matilda”.

Please note by today there are only 6 episodes so far and still heaps episode to go. I want to pin point my theory surrounding this case:

1.  The only one that knows how GapDong looks like (Sort of) is Maria Oh. She is the only survivor after her sister got killed (she was there too).  Since she is a survivor the tie that makes her obsessed with GapDong. May be psychologically speaking sometimes victim and abuser get closer (I am not a psychology prof and please enlighten me if some of you know this stuff).
2. Ryu Tae-Oh, He is freakin psyco kid. Rich boy worshiped GapDong. He basically knows a lot of things about him (for some reason, especially the knot signature, but how?). He met Gapdong in Psychiatrist hospital and knows which one he is. We know he is the Gapdong copycat.but why he wants to re-enact the killing? isnt it better to get the same signature but different style. for some reason I think some thing to do with past.
3. Gapdong may be in prison psychiatrist hospital and may be in the cake shop. I never seen psychiatric hospital has professional cake making and sell them to customer. This may be a good artsy session.
4. Gap dong 20 years ago work in bakery. so far couple (that I know) victims has a cake box in crime scene.
5. Ryu Tae Oh is Genious, I belive same with the original Gapdong.

By 8th episode this is my guess for the real Gapdong (most likely not) is the young guy in mental jail on episode one scene had bread with him.

Food that I want to eat – Bbokki Candy

I have been seeing this little cutie in Superman’s return and WGM. Maangchi has recipe for this candy, but I just want to experience it.

Food that I want to eat – Steam Larvae (beondegi)

This is one of Korean delicacy. I probably will chicken out for this one. Even though this is all protein, but to see it makes me weak in the leg. I will try to dare myself, but definitely not going to force it.

Food that I want to eat – baby Octopus Sashimi (sannakji)

I love octopus sashimi; the different with what I had, so far is dead sashimi ( Not fresh) and I usually eat it mixed with wasabi ( so Japanese style). The one that I want to eat is the one just got out from the aquarium.

They chopped it off and seasoned (they say with sesame oil only) and then you just eat it. All the tentacles would still be moving (I know its graphic) but it just intrigue me.

Not sure how brave I will be, but definitely this is in my top list. Yes they do eat them as whole by wrapped the tentacles into chopstick.. but no thank you… even if Keith Kim dare me I am definitely not eating them alive.

Food that I want to eat – Black pig (delicacy of Jeju-do)

Basically the pig has a smallish body with a black skin and smooth coat of hair. It has erect, unfolded, ears and a narrow snout. Apparently they smoked it in hay first. for more info please check this one out

I saw Shiho Yano ate in “Supermen is back” and I was drooling...

They supposed to have special sauce as well yumm…
