Food that I want to eat – Black pig (delicacy of Jeju-do)

Basically the pig has a smallish body with a black skin and smooth coat of hair. It has erect, unfolded, ears and a narrow snout. Apparently they smoked it in hay first. for more info please check this one out

I saw Shiho Yano ate in “Supermen is back” and I was drooling...

They supposed to have special sauce as well yumm…

Running Man

Yoo Jae Suk

This guy has been called as “National MC” for a while now. This guy is down to earth to the max and loved by many.  He is very quirky and fun to watch. Besides Running man, he is on Happy Together, Infinite challenge and many more.  His nickname is grasshopper and he is one of the guy cameo in Gangnam  style with psy. Did you see the guy with yellow suit?? That’s him my friend…. that is him..

Kim Joong Kook

The muscle man (at least what I called him or Muscle Oppa), is a solo singer.  He debuted a while ago it was a duo called Turbo and for some reason most the singers veteran doing all variety show. Regardless of his body, he has very gentle singing voice. This guy is quick thinking and the sportiest person ever within the group.  

Song Jihyo

Song Ji hyo is the only female in this group. Don’t get me wrong even though she is the only female and called Mong Ji hyo (blank Ji hyo coz she looks dazed most of the time) she is an ACE. She is very intelligent and extremely smart. She is an actress, and model  and this is few of the movie or tv series Princess hour, wishing stairs.

Jamaican Reggae style singer is well known as Haroro (based on Children Character Paroro).  He looked up to Yoo Jae suk (as a mentor) and very well known as a second icon of a betrayer. Despite his childish act he actually married with Byul (.. a singer as well) and has a son.  

Jin Suk Jin

He is the weakest member of the group and the third icon of betrayal. He probably won’t care if you are girl or boy as long as he got the tag. I like when he got out first and say “the battle begin”. He is a comedian and broadcaster. 

Kang Gary

This guy is a talented rapper and hip hop duo from a group called Leessang.  He is has very calm face but he is very good in running man (3 times winner of charismas challenge). He played as lovers (or someone like) to Song Ji hyo.  He is the person I like the most in this show beside Keith Kim.

Lee kwang soo

Well well well what can I say.. the most tallest person within the group. He is a model and an actor. He is very famous with betray icon, but then he is the most polite and caring to all guess.

Food that I want to eat – Spicy Rice Cake (Ddbubokki)

I have eaten them before in Sydney and I love them. This snack is loved by many, young and old, girls and boys. I never make spicy one but I do in my own way to cook it (see below for my recipe). 

I think when I am in Korea I want to experience to buy them from the side of the street or market and eat them.

I did mention above that I cooked them in my own way. I happened to have rice cake lingering around and mincemeat however I don’t have Gochujhang (spicy red Pepper paste). 

Panfry rice cake

Ingredients:

• Rice cake
•  Mincemeat (any kind you like)
• 2 cloves of Garlic
• Soy sauce (I use Maggie seasoning soy sauce)
• 3 tblsp Sesame oil
• Vegetable oil
• Gochugaru (Red pepper powder) this is optional

Steps:

• In hot pan, with vegetable oil and pan fried rice cake until crispy and put aside. (you might need to do it in batches)
• In hot pan as well, pour the sesame oil,  and garlic panfry until fragrant
• Put mince meat on the pan and panfry until half cook
• Put the panfried rice cake to the pan
• Pour the soy sauce and Gochugaru and combine
• serve

 Easy right? Well I am not a cook book maker so this is will do.

My Love of Korea doesn't stop with learning language,obsesse with Keith Kim K-DRAMA or K-Pop and eat lots of dduboki. I tried korean cooking as well. 

Some of the really easy and some of the need Labour of loves and sweat. And if you are first timer, it might cost you lots (all the paste and the powder) 

Nether the lest, I love maangchi she has you tube channel as well. My favorite is seafood pancake (cos it's easy)

Beside Maangchi, I like trifood.
